This beautifully renovated 3 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms townhouse features three floors, 1st floor, 2nd floor and a basement. ♥ First floor has a cozy living room with an office space, a half bathroom for guests, an open kitchen and a dining room full of natural sunlight in the morning. ♥ There are two bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a master bedroom with a bathroom and a laundry room on the 2nd floor. No ceiling lights in the bedrooms but there are table lamp and floor lamps. ♥ The basement is furnished and has a full bathroom there as well. Perfect for families or groups up to 6 people.

This is our family home. We live between here and Philadelphia and let it out when we’re not there. As such, it’s pretty well equipped, but if you can’t find something or need any help you can reach us via the contact details. We hope you love our home as much as we do. **House Rules for Your Stay:** **Essential Rules:** **No Pets Policy:** We strictly do not allow pets on the premises. Failure to comply with this policy will result a $300 fee, and additional charges may be incurred if any pet-related documentation, such as dander or pet waste, is discovered. **No Smoking:** -Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside of the house or within 15 ft (5 meters) from the house. A $300 fee will be charged for violating this rule **No Third-Party Bookings:** -The person who booked the stay must stay in the property. Third-party bookings are not permitted. **No Visitors:** -No visitors is allowed on the properties unless agreed by the host. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a fine of $800. **Extra Guests:** -No additional guests beyond the specified limit. A fee of $100 per extra guest per night will be charged. **Quiet Hours:** -Maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Respect the peace and privacy of neighbors. Keep your voice down outside of the house. **Early Check-in/Late Check-out:** -Please no early check-in or late check-out without permission from the host. There will be late fees of $25 per 30minutes after checkout time. **Check out Instructions:** Please put trash into the trash bin in the kitchen or outside bin. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher or hand wash if there is no dishwasher. Extra housekeeping charge will apply if check out instructions are not followed **Trash:** -Trash pickup day is daily 24/7 across the street. **General Rules:** **No Furniture Movement:** -Do not rearrange or move furniture within the property. Furniture is placed for both aesthetic and safety reasons. **Prohibited Items:** -Fireworks, sparklers, rockets, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the property. **Illegal Activities:** -No illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund. **Parking:** - Follow the parking instructions provided in the check-in message. We are not liable for towing or ticketing on street parking. **Toiletries and Essentials:** - Initial consumables such as toiletries, shampoo etc. are provided upon check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing during their stay. **Linens and Towels:** - No free daily housekeeping is provided. Additional cleaning is available for request at additional costs. Do not take towels or linens from the property. **Cleanliness and Issues:** - Report any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly. Claims without proper documentation will fall into NO REFUND. **Internet Service:** - High-speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience. No refunds for outages, speed, access problems, or personal preferences. **Plumbing Guidelines:** - Only flush toilet paper; no feminine products or "flushable" wipes. Clogging the plumbing will result in a minimum $175 charge for damages and repairs. **Liability Waiver:** - Guests indemnify and hold the owner and host harmless from any personal injury or property damage. ♥ The guests pretty much have a private access to the entire home except a closet in the basement for the host storage. You won't be sharing with any other guests. ♥ On the day of your check-in we will send you a code for the door keypad to access the unit for the duration of your stay.
