**House Rules for Your Stay:** **1. Extra Guests:** - No additional guests beyond the specified limit. A fee of $50 per extra guest will be charged. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. **2. No Parties:** - Parties are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a fine of $800. **3. No Smoking:** - Smoking of any kind is prohibited within the property. A $300 fee will be charged for violating this rule. **4. Quiet Hours:** - Maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Respect the peace and privacy of neighbors **5. No Pets Policy:** We strictly do not allow pets on the premises. Failure to comply with this policy will result a $300 fee, and additional charges may be incurred if any pet-related documentation, such as dander or pet waste, is discovered. **6. No Furniture Movement:** - Do not rearrange or move furniture within the property. Furniture is placed for both aesthetic and safety reasons. **7. No Third-Party Bookings:** - Only the person whose government-issued photo ID matches the booking details is allowed to stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. **8. Prohibited Items:** - Fireworks, sparklers, rockets, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the property. **9. Illegal Activities:** - No illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund. **10. Parking:** - Follow the parking instructions provided in the check-in message. We are not liable for towing or ticketing on street parking. **11. Toiletries and Essentials:** - Initial toiletries, cooking essentials, shampoo, and soap are provided upon check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing during their stay. **12. Cleanliness and Issues:** - Report any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly. Claims without proper documentation will fall into NO REFUND. **13. Cancellation Policy:** - Emergencies, family issues, sickness, canceled flights, or changes in plans are beyond our scope and NO REFUND. **14. Internet Service:** - High-speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience. No refunds for outages, speed, access problems, or personal preferences. **15. Plumbing Guidelines:** - Only flush toilet paper; no feminine products or "flushable" wipes. Clogging the plumbing will result in a minimum $175 charge for damages and repairs. **16. Linens and Towels:** - No daily housekeeping is provided. Do not take towels or linens from the property. **17. No Loitering:** -Avoid loitering in common areas and the whole house. Be mindful of the spaces and respect the privacy of owners and neighbors. **18. Liability Waiver:** - Guests indemnify and hold the owner and host harmless from any personal injury or property damage.
